Posters
Posters should be on display throughout the whole Symposium, i.e. from Tuesday afternoon till Friday evening. Each poster will be scheduled for presentation during a single poster session. A member of the presenting team (preferably the first author) should be present and adjacent to the poster at this time.
There will be a poster contest during the conference. Awards for the best posters will be funded by .....
The following rules apply to the preparation of posters:
- Posters should be prepared in English.
- Posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the author. Do not mail your poster.
- Posters must NOT exceed 110 cm wide by 110 cm high (A0 format). Regardless of the actual dimensions used, posters should be designed in portrait orientation.
- The title, names of the authors, institutions, city and country should be clearly indicated on the poster. Name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- It is advisable to organise your poster in sections: introduction, results and conclusions.
- Materials to fix posters on boards will be provided at the desk located in the poster area.
- Posters left on the display boards will not be mailed to the authors after the conference.
- The Organisers will not be responsible for loss or damage occurred to posters left on the panels.
