Presentations
Oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes time plus 5 minutes for discussion.
A video projector for computer-based projection will be available during all sessions. Speakers are requested to design their presentations based on Microsoft PowerPoint program or other automatically convertible (.ppt /.pptx files). Files should be saved either on an USB stick (pendrive) or on a CD-disk. Old-fashioned, single slide projection and overhead-transparencies will not be available. Speakers are kindly requested to deliver their files on USB stick/CD to the designated download point and check them no later than in the morning before the start of the sessions (before your presentation).
